Fees and Bookings

Weddings, Civil Unions & Elopements

NZD$450 – $650*

*Sliding scale available upon request.

This includes:

  • A meet and greet, ongoing communications regarding vows and the ceremony via text, phone, online, or in-person
  • Vow-writing guideline documents, as well as suggestions for readings
  • Writing the ceremony
  • A dress rehearsal or site visit as required  
  • Officiating the ceremony
  • Legal paperwork is taken care of
  • Elopements & Special Destinations POA

Ceremonies and Parties

NZD$120

  • 1-hour ceremony 
  •  Includes preparatory work and materials, again, customised and priced depending on what is required. 
  • Includes either a Flower Bloom Ceremony, or a Tea Ceremony, or we can discuss what is appropriate for the occasion.

Funerals

NZD$300

  • Meet and greet with family 
  •  Designing the flow of the funeral
  • A site visit to the venue prior to Funeral as required
  • Communication leading up to the service    
  • Conducting the funeral service

Bookings, Payment and Cancellations

Bookings are only considered confirmed once a 25% Booking Fee has been paid. Payment options:

Cash/ Bank Cheque

All Fee’s must be paid in full three days before the event is to take place. In the case of a cancellation, the 25% Booking Fee is retained. Under serious circumstances, this may be waived at the discretion of the Celebrant, Olivia James.
